This is a church-based youth work role providing an exciting opportunity to develop our youth ministry in a vibrant, intergenerational and disciple-making community, both in church and the local community.

As our Youth Worker you will help shape inspiring, Christ-centered communities where young people are discipled, supported, and empowered to live out their faith. You will invest in young people and volunteers, building a thriving youth ministry that helps the next generation grow in faith and purpose.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
