Muller's Story

George Müller cared for 10,000 orphaned children in Bristol during the Victorian era. He was a man of great faith, never making appeals for money, but simply praying to God for all that was needed. During his lifetime he received £1,500,000 in money and gifts in kind. At present day prices, this would be over £100m.

inHope– Spring of Hope - Manager 

Our Spring of Hope women only service has an immediate need for an experienced Manager who will lead a team comprising of staff and volunteers to provide emergency accommodation, support work (e.g. move-on) and wellbeing activities for women, many of whom may have complex needs. Further details about the service, its current status and our future aspirations can be found in our Profile on our website. As Manager of Spring of Hope you will be a full member of the Senior Management Team reporting to the CEO. There is an Occupational Requirement for the role to be filled by a Christian and by a woman. We particularly encourage applications from under-represented groups including Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) candidates. 

Hours: full-time 40 hours per week (incl. occasional evening and weekend working), annual leave is 28 days plus paid Bank Holidays.

Pay rate: circa £33K, workplace pension with matched contribution of up to 5%.
