Children and Youth Minister
Gordano Valley Church (GVC) is a growing church in the heart of Portishead. As part of this role you will lead children & youth ministry, build and develop teams, help every child and young person belong and grow, engage the community and provide healthy leadership and oversight.
Above all, they are looking for someone who loves Jesus, shares the vision and values of GVC, and is excited by the opportunity to help children and young people become lifelong followers of Jesus.
This role is about far more than leading programmes. You will help shape a culture in which children and young people are known, loved and discipled; equip and develop volunteer teams; partner with parents and carers; and help the next generation participate fully in the life of the church.

Hours: 28-30 hours per week
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 FTE, pro rata depending on experience.
Rising Generations’ Pastor
St Andrew's Hartcliffe, Bristol, is looking for a pioneering leader to build relationships with children and young families, develop their growing ministry, and create new pathways for people across our estate to encounter Jesus.
If you're passionate about families, discipleship, multigenerational church and reaching communities with the hope of the gospel, and sense that God may be calling you to this role, they would love to hear from you.

Hours: 26.25 hours per week
Salary: £30,900 pro rata, FTE (actual £21,630 p.a. for 0.7 FTE)
Families and Community Worker
St Agnes are are a growing Anglican church in the heart of inner city Bristol. They have a diverse congregation with people from a variety of communities, ethnicities and age groups, including those from the Windrush generation; this vibrancy is reflected in the welcome you will receive and our worship. They already have good connections and relationships within the local community and parish but want to develop more!
They have received funding to recruit a full-time Families and Community Worker to nurture and develop our children and youth work in the church, and our connections within the wider community.
Deadline: Monday 19th October 9am
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £27,000 - £30,900 pro rata, depending on experience
Youth Ministers
At both Woodlands Central and Highgrove Church congregations, they have an exciting opportunity for someone to join their team as a Youth Minister. Candidates should be highly motivated, enthusiastic, able to take initiative, work well in a team and be committed to see the church community grow in their faith and reach the city for Jesus.
Deadline: Sunday 25th October
Hours: 5 days (37h 30m) or 2.5 days (18h 45m) per week
Salary: £26,300 - £27,000 pro rata, depending on experience
