George Müller cared for 10,000 orphaned children in Bristol during the Victorian era. He was a man of great faith, never making appeals for money, but simply praying to God for all that was needed. During his lifetime he received £1,500,000 in money and gifts in kind. At present day prices, this would be over £100m.
“I believe God has heard my prayers. He will make it manifest in His own good time that He has heard me. I have recorded my petitions that when God has answered them, His name will be glorified.” - George Müller
Müllers is partnering with passionate individuals who are living in community, as an expression of their Faith, seeking to bring Hope and Love to their local communities. Each house has objectives they are seeking to achieve in their local community.
The houses are an expression of Christian community: men and women living together in some form of intentional discipleship and outreach. There is a focus on praying for its community, hospitality and healing, encouraging spiritual formation through loving accountability and encouragement, and sharing the journey of faith with all its ups and downs as an extended family. They are all bringing prayer and care together to transform lives and shape their local communities in Bristol.
