TRANQUIL HOUSE - SHELTERED ACCOMMODATION

12 Clarence Road South, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset, BS23 4BN

Tranquil House is situated near the sea front in Weston-super-Mare and provides eight self-contained flatlets.

Each flatlet consists of a bed sitting room with kitchenette and en-suite bathroom, two of which can can accommodate a couple.  There are communal facilities including laundry, kitchen and gardens.  Tranquil House is situated next door to Tilsley House, our residential care home, and it is possible to purchase cooked meals there for a nominal charge.

A warden is available during the day and off-duty emergency calls are dealt with by the Piper Call system offering round the clock peace of mind.   The warden offers voluntary communal activities during the week and a regular Christian worship service is held at Tilsley House.

The location of Tranquil House is ideally suited as it is close to public transport services, to the sea front, the park, local shopping facilities, places of worship and has ample parking.

Tranquil House receives support through the Supporting People Initiative.
