Müller Church Partnerships

Working together with local churches to enable them to reach out and care for their communities, especially children, young people and families with physical, emotional, social or spiritual needs.

Background

For over 170 years, the George Müller Charitable Trust has been at the forefront of Christian care for vulnerable members of society. The Trust has continually adapted its ministry to meet the changing needs of society, while keeping to its distinctive core values of faith, care and evangelism.  The most recent development in the greater Bristol region has been the Müller Church Partnerships. Currently, there are around 50 such partnerships and our vision is to see more of these established in the years ahead.

What is a Müller Church Partnership?

It is a relationship between the George Müller Charitable Trust and a local church or Christian organisation, in which the Trust offers expertise, support, training and supervision to a local church or organisation which is seeking to reach out and care for its community, especially children, young people and families with physical, emotional, social or spiritual needs. The Partnership is expressed in a signed Memorandum of Understanding, which is reviewed each year, in order to keep a focus on what the partnership is seeking to achieve.
